Schindler was born 28 April 1908 in Svitavy German Zwittau, Moravia. Oskar Schindler's parents, Hans Schindler was his father and his mother Franziska Luser they were Roman Catholic, but divorced when Oskar was 27years old . Oskar was very close to his younger sister, Elfriede. After school he worked as a commercial salesman.he is inporetan because he saved olmoust over 1,200 jews during the holocaust he saved jews by given them them jobs in his enemelware and ammunitions so they would not get send to the consantration camp.
